Few places in Bulgaria — or in Europe — combine sound therapy and bioenergy medicine in one carefully curated, holistic experience. Aurea Flow is exactly that kind of place.

Sound therapy uses the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks to guide the nervous system into deep rest, slow brainwave activity, and release accumulated tension. Bioenergy medicine works with the body's energy field to restore inner balance and support the natural healing processes. Together, the two practices amplify each other — sound prepares the body, while energy work deepens the effect.

It is no coincidence that this takes place in Plovdiv. The city is among the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Europe, with over 6,000 years of living history. Plovdiv also has its own tradition in this field — here, in the late 1980s and early 1990s, some of the first courses in bioenergy diagnostics and therapy in the country were held.
