These Terms and Conditions govern the use of soundandhealing.bg and the booking of sessions offered by Sound and Healing Ltd. (registered in Bulgaria as „САУНД ЕНД ХИЛИНГ“ ООД), UIC 208469189, with registered seat at гр. Пловдив 4000, р-н Централен, ул. „Христо Станчев“ № 1, represented by the manager Петър Андреев Щерев, email: booking@soundandhealing.bg (the "Provider").
Services
The Provider offers group and individual sessions — sound therapy and bioenergy practices. The sessions are wellness practices for relaxation and wellbeing and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
Booking and payment
Bookings are made online through the website. Payment is by debit or credit card via a myPOS virtual POS — at payment the client is redirected to myPOS's secure page; card details never reach this website. Prices are stated in euro (EUR). The company is not VAT-registered — no VAT is charged.
All sales are final
All bookings are final — cancellation, modification or refund by the client is not possible. The statutory 14-day withdrawal right under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date, which is the nature of the sessions.
Sales document
For every card payment an electronic receipt is issued (a sale-registration document under Ordinance N-18) and sent to the email address provided by the client.
Applicable law and supervision
Bulgarian law applies. The consumer protection supervisory authority is the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg), which consumers may also approach for alternative dispute resolution.
